The School House (Recreation Center) is available for rental by homeowners on weekends or weekday evenings. The schoolhouse will handle about 75 people inside, and has an outside patio with built-in benches.

The School House:

8 – 48” round tables
2 – 72” rectangle tables
1 – 10 ½’ banquet table
1 – 48” rectangle table
2 – patio picnic tables
55 folding chairs.

There are white linen tablecloths available for rent at $1.00 a piece. All tables, with the exception of the banquet table, can be used inside or outside.

The School House has two restrooms, and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and kitchen sink.

  - $30.00 per ½ day
  - $60.00 per day
• Commercial Use
  - $50.00 per ½ day
  - $80.00 per day
   
• Deposit (required)
  - $100.00 per day

Short notice cancellations are subject to forfeiture of rental fee. 1/2 day is opening until 3PM or 3PM to close.

The School House is not available for rental to non-residents
